REFUND POLICY

At OK! Fire Kits, we stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We offer a 10-day return policy. You have 10 days from the date your order is delivered to request a
return.
To be eligible for a return:
• The kit must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
• All original components must be included, including the carrying case, fire extinguisher, fire blanket,
first aid kit, emergency escape tool, manuals, packaging, and accessories.
• The product must show no signs of use, wear, tampering, modification, or damage.
• Proof of purchase is required.
Returns that do not include all original components may be refused.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
• Used or discharged fire extinguishers.
• Used fire blankets.
• Opened or used first aid kits.
• Products that have been modified, damaged, tampered with, or altered.
• Custom or personalized products.
• Gift cards.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or
incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Returns must be approved before being shipped back. Returns sent without prior authorization may be
refused.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with
photographs of the issue so we can make it right.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Depending on your financial institution, additional processing time may apply.
PRE-ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time prior to shipment.
Once an order has shipped, it is subject to this Refund Policy.
