SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Thank you for supporting OK! Fire Kits.
Because our kits contain fire extinguishers and emergency preparedness equipment, special shipping
requirements apply.
LOCAL OKANAGAN DELIVERY
We offer local delivery throughout the Okanagan.
Orders are generally assembled and delivered within approximately 30 days of purchase. Delivery
timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Customers will receive advance notice prior to delivery whenever reasonably possible.
Packages may be left unattended at the delivery address provided by the customer.
A delivery photograph may be taken and retained as proof of delivery.
Once a package has been delivered to the address provided by the customer and proof of delivery has
been documented, the order will be considered delivered.
LOCAL PICKUP
Customers may choose local pickup where available.
Pickup instructions will be provided once the order is ready.
Orders not collected within 30 days may be cancelled at our discretion.

CANADA-WIDE SHIPPING
We currently ship throughout Canada.
Because our kits contain fire extinguishers, shipments must travel by approved ground transportation
methods.
Expedited air shipping, priority air shipping, and similar services may not be available.
Tracking information will be provided once available.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
• Shipping carriers
• Weather conditions
• Wildfires
• Labour disruptions
• Transportation interruptions
• Customs delays
• Events beyond our reasonable control
RISK OF LOSS
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery to the address provided during
checkout.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses may be charged to the
customer.
